Plan A: We want to plant tulip, but it seems too trouble. Give up.
Plan B: We decided to plant some herbs, fruit, vege and flowers. 1/3 part is for herbs, 1/3 part is for fruit and vege, and 1/3 part is for flowers. Wow~ should be so pretty. Our ideal garden. Just ideal. Haha~

I grew spring onion from the seeds before I went back to HK for holiday. They had some seedlings and they were growing well. However, when I came back to Perth, they all Died!!! T_T Because someone forgot to water them! My poor baby spring onion...

Sow: all year round.
Harvest: 3-4 weeks.
Sow thinly, 5mm deep in rows 25cm apart. Thin seedlings to 3-5cm apart when the second leaf has grown. Repeat at fortnightly intervals. Seedlings emerge 5-8 days.

Sow: Winter through to Autumn.
Harvest: 8-10 weeks.
Sow Winter through to Autumn in a well cultivated soil and a sunny position. Separate the strips and roll out into prepared rows which are 5mm deep and 30cm apart. Cover with soil and keep moist. Seedlings emerge 7-14 days.
Pansy (Swiss Giants Ullswater Blue) seeds. |
Sow: Autumn, Spring too in cool climates.
Flowers: 14-16 weeks from sowing.
Sow seeds thinly 5mm deep. Cover lightly, firm down and keep moist.Seedlings emerge 21-28 days.When large enough thin to 10 apart. transplant to flowering position 15cm apart.

Sow: Mid Summer to early Winter.
Flowers: 16 weeks
Sow seeds thinly 5mm deep. Just cover the seed and keep moist. Transplant the seedlings when sturdy into well prepared garden soil. Space 15-20cm apart.Seedlings emerge 21-28 days.
